NERF Bolt-Action Rifle the Second

My second majorly-completed NERF rifle. The action works just like a traditional bolt-action rifle. It's gone through a couple of phases of operation. Orriginally, it was designed to be a lever-action rifle, but I decided against it just on complexity, as the parts would likely break unless I made them out of metal, which I'm not exactly set up to precision make. I also intended the bottom tube to function as a magazine to hold extra shots. This was abandoned after I discovered that the spring-loaded feeder tray, which brings the next shot out of the magazine and up to be loaded by the bolt closing, puts enough pressure on the darts that when the bolt is opened, the next dart literally flies out of the action.

So now it's a single-shot blowgun. I've got a bit of work left to do. Namely, making a flush, tighter seal between the bolt and barrel. After the aquisition of several key parts, I intent to convert it into a CO2 gun, using the retraction of the bolt to cock a hammer. This hammer will be released by a trigger and allowed to impact a solenoid valve, which will open for an instant, releasing a burst of CO2 gas behind the dart. After I have that system in place, I will add sights to the gun, as they would then able to be used.
